SINOLIFT has developed a customized Quartz Glass Handling Truck designed for lifting, transporting, positioning, and handling large cylindrical quartz glass materials. The equipment combines electric travel, electric lifting, and powered clamping to reduce manual handling and improve operational safety when moving fragile and high-value materials.

Designed for Fragile Cylindrical Materials

Large quartz glass tubes and cylindrical components can be difficult to handle because of their size, weight, smooth surface, and susceptibility to damage. Conventional manual handling may require several operators and can increase the risk of material slipping, collision, or breakage.

To address these challenges, SINOLIFT designed a specialized handling solution with a rated capacity of 200 kg and a maximum lifting height of approximately 1600 mm. Its counterbalanced structure provides stability while allowing the equipment to approach, clamp, lift, and transport cylindrical materials efficiently.

Interchangeable Clamping System

The truck is equipped with interchangeable clamping plates suitable for cylindrical materials with diameters ranging from approximately 300 mm to 1000 mm.

Two clamp configurations can be used:

• Small clamp plates for materials with diameters of approximately 300-550 mm
• Large clamp plates for materials with diameters of approximately 550-1000 mm

The clamping components are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, while nylon contact surfaces help reduce direct impact and protect the quartz glass during handling.

A quick-install safety bottom support provides additional protection beneath the material, helping prevent accidental dropping during lifting and transportation.

Electric Operation for Easier Positioning

The customized quartz glass handling truck features:

• Electric travel with stepless speed control
• Electric hydraulic lifting
• Powered hydraulic clamping
• Adjustable lifting and clamping speeds
• Manual brake-release function for emergency movement
• Counterbalanced structure for stable operation

The powered travel system reduces the physical effort required to move heavy loads, while the adjustable hydraulic controls allow operators to position fragile materials more smoothly and accurately.

The unit is powered by two 12V/85Ah maintenance-free lead-acid batteries, providing a practical power source for routine industrial handling operations.
