SINOLIFT Introduces a Customized 200 kg Electric Platform Stacker

A tailored lifting solution for non-palletized loads and workstation positioning

SINOLIFT has completed the design and manufacture of a customized electric platform stacker developed for handling non-palletized components, containers, tooling and other special loads.

By combining a purpose-built flat platform, a compact chassis and powered lifting, the machine provides a practical solution for production-line feeding, assembly operations, equipment maintenance and material positioning.

The customized unit, model E200T-48U-00-000, features a rated load capacity of 200 kg and a two-stage mast.


From Standard Forks to a Customized Platform

Conventional electric stackers are generally equipped with forks and are primarily designed for handling palletized goods. In many manufacturing environments, however, loads may not have standard pallets or suitable fork-entry points.

Standard forks may therefore be unable to provide sufficient or complete support beneath the load.

To address this challenge, SINOLIFT replaced the conventional fork arrangement with an integrated flat lifting platform.

According to the design drawing, the platform measures approximately 480 × 605 mm. Its larger supporting surface allows components, containers and dedicated fixtures to be placed directly onto the machine. The platform can also be further adapted with locating blocks, retaining devices or application-specific tooling.

This design enables the stacker to handle more than standard pallets, allowing the load interface to be adapted to the customer’s material shape and handling process.

Combining Lifting Height with Compact Maneuverability

The machine uses a two-stage mast and has a specified lifting height of approximately 2,250 mm. Its overall height is approximately 2,544 mm, while the overall machine length is approximately 890 mm.

This compact configuration allows the stacker to operate close to production equipment, assembly stations and other areas where floor space is limited.

The powered lifting system helps reduce manual handling and enables materials to be raised directly from a low loading position to the required working height.

The completed machine also features an independent control cabinet, an emergency-stop button, maneuvering handles and an external control pendant, giving the operator convenient control of platform movement according to the working environment.

Its low-level platform design also supports easier loading and smoother workstation transfer.

Designed for Non-Standard Material-Handling Applications

The customized electric platform stacker can support a variety of applications, including:

  • Production-line component delivery;
  • Assembly-station feeding;
  • Lifting containers and material bins;
  • Transporting tooling and fixtures;
  • Equipment maintenance and component replacement;
  • Positioning non-standard loads at working height;
  • Handling materials that require full-bottom support.

Compared with a conventional fork stacker, the flat platform provides a more complete supporting surface. This can help reduce the risk of uneven loading, tilting or movement during lifting and positioning.

The platform structure can also be further modified according to the size, weight and handling requirements of the customer’s load.

Adapting the Equipment to the Application

This project demonstrates SINOLIFT’s capability in the design and manufacture of customized material-handling equipment.

Customization involves more than simply replacing a standard attachment. It requires careful consideration of load dimensions, supporting method, lifting height, aisle conditions, workstation layout and operating procedures.

By matching the platform, mast, chassis and control system to the actual application, the equipment can be integrated more effectively into the customer’s existing workflow.
