Repeated lifting is an important consideration in material handling. A task that feels manageable once may require considerable effort when repeated throughout a working day. At the same time, changing the lifting method does not remove the need to support the material correctly.
The SINOLIFT EPV Semi-Electric Stacker combines electric lifting with a customizable platform, helping operators raise and position materials with less manual effort while adapting the load support to the application.

Electric Lifting with Manual Travel
The EPV uses manual travel and steering with electrically powered lifting and lowering. Operators push the truck to the required position, then use the electric controls to adjust the platform height.
This is the main operational difference between the EPV and the PV: the PV uses foot-operated hydraulic lifting, while the EPV provides powered lifting. Both models support platform customization.
The EPV series has a 400 kg rated capacity, with maximum lifting heights from 850 mm to 2,000 mm, depending on the model. Listed configurations include a 12V / 800W power unit and a 12V / 60Ah battery.
V-Shaped Cradles and Other Custom Platform Designs
For cylindrical materials, the EPV can be equipped with a custom V-shaped platform. The cradle can be adapted to different roll diameters, lengths and material types to provide a better fit.
Standard roll-handling configurations accommodate Ø200–600 mm roll diameters and a maximum roll width of 1,550 mm. The V-shaped structure supports the roll from both sides and helps keep it centered.
However, platform customization is not restricted to V-shaped designs. Other shapes and configurations can be developed around different materials, support requirements and loading or unloading methods.
Whether the application involves rolls or materials with another profile, the platform should be specified around the actual load and handling process.
Match the Configuration to Your Working Day
The EPV is suitable for indoor handling in printing, packaging, converting, warehouse and production environments. Polyurethane swivel casters assist manual positioning, while rear foot brakes provide secure parking.
When planning a configuration, consider how frequently materials are lifted, the height of the receiving point and the space available beside the equipment. Travel distance and floor conditions also deserve attention because the truck is moved manually.
Provide SINOLIFT with your material specifications, handling frequency, required lifting height and site layout. Our team can help assess a customized platform and EPV configuration suited to your workflow.
