Choosing a material handling truck starts with understanding the load. Its weight matters, but so do its shape, dimensions and the way it needs to be supported. For paper rolls, film rolls and other cylindrical materials, a suitable cradle helps keep the load positioned during handling. For materials with different profiles, a different platform design may be more appropriate.
The SINOLIFT PV Manual Hydraulic Stacker combines foot-operated hydraulic lifting with a customizable platform, providing a practical solution for moving, raising and positioning materials in workshops and production areas.
A Custom Platform Matched to Your Materials
For roll handling, the PV can be equipped with a custom V-shaped roller platform. The cradle can be adapted to different roll diameters, lengths and material types, while integrated rollers assist with placement and adjustment.
Customization is not limited to V-shaped platforms. Other platform shapes and configurations are also available, allowing the supporting structure to be designed around the material and the way it needs to be loaded, supported and unloaded.
This flexibility is available on both the PV manual hydraulic model and the EPV semi-electric model. The platform can be matched to the application independently of the choice of lifting method.
Manual Hydraulic Lifting Without Battery Power
The PV is moved manually and raised using a foot-operated hydraulic system. An extended pedal operates the lift, while a manual release valve controls lowering. No battery or external electrical supply is required for lifting.
The series has a 400 kg rated capacity, with maximum lifting heights from 850 mm to 2,000 mm, depending on the model. Standard roll-handling configurations accommodate Ø200–600 mm roll diameters and a maximum roll width of 1,550 mm.
A reinforced structure and load chain support the lifting mechanism. Fixed front wheels, swivel rear casters and foot-operated brakes assist with movement and parking.
Consider the Complete Handling Process
Before specifying a platform, consider how the material reaches the truck and how it leaves it. A suitable design should account for the collection point, receiving height, available approach space and required load orientation.
For printing, packaging, paper converting and workshop applications, these details help turn a general lifting requirement into a configuration suited to everyday use.
