Today, fully electric oil drum dumper customized by a Thailand customer. It will be sent to the Shanghai port. Before leaving the factory, we have tested the function of the oil drum tilter. Our customer was looking to improve their production process and increase their output without compromising on safety.

And our customer required the ability to lift and tilt 1.5ton drums into a vessel 1600mm high. This customized counter-balanced rotator is ideal if decanting material into tall vessels and vats. The jaws automatically close and lock onto the drum. When the drum is lifted to height, operators are able to tilt the drum by operating a controller on the rear panel. Due to the wet nature of the workplace, the gearbox and motor was shrouded and sealed within a stainless steel cover.

As well as powered drum rotation we can also offer powered clamping and load-cell weighing systems. If you need to work within the food industry, we can also provide drum dumper made from 304-grade stainless steel for wet food processing areas. Since this drum tilter is easy to clean, it is suitable for GMP production areas.
