Our engineers install non-standard electric
reel stacker for customers.
A Non-standard electric reel stacker is an
electrically powered lifting device, typically used in industrial settings,
that is designed specifically for handling reels or spools of wire, cable or
other materials. Unlike conventional electric stackers, which are equipped with
forks or platforms to carry pallets and other loads, a reel stacker features
specialized attachments for handling and manipulating reels.
Our reel stacker system boasts the most
reliable control and operation technology, incorporating optical encoders,
heavy-duty cylinders, and steel structure. This advanced control system ensures
that the lifts maintain continuous synchronization throughout the entire
lifting and lowering movement, all while accommodating customer-specified
zero-height settings. Our specialized wheel suspension service allows for
double or paired wheel movement, further enhancing the customization options
for your lift.
The lifts are connected together in a
"c" shape, which leaves an opening for vehicles to easily drive in
and out. An LCD screen displays real-time lifting heights for each column,
allowing for multiple settings to be easily adjusted. Additionally, adjustable
lifting forks can accommodate a wide range of wheel sizes. For ease of
movement, front spring-loaded rollers and rear pallet jacks make operating the
lift a breeze.
By automating the lifting and positioning
of reels, reel stackers can significantly reduce the risk of workplace
injuries, while also improving productivity and reducing downtime.
