Andersen Material Handling (AMH) has opened
a new facility in Miami to meet growing demand for its services in southern
Florida.
AMH Florida division vice president Bob
DiDia says: “The new location allows us to respond quicker and more effectively
to Miami Dade businesses and put our expanding rental fleet closer to the
customer's needs."
The company previously had a presence in
Miami, but relocated to Deerfield Beach in 2001, DiDia says.
The distributorship, founded in 1960,
carries brands such as Raymond and Komatsu, and provides new and replacement
parts, storage solutions, warehouse planning services, engineering studies and
Occupational Safety and Health Administration-compliant safety and technical
training.
