Before shipment, we conducted an inspection
at the factory to meet the requirements of our Japanese clients. We confirmed
that the quantity of pallet trucks and accessories were correct, and checked
that the manufacturing process of the pallet trucks was in good condition. We
also sent inspection photos and videos to our Japanese clients, reducing their
concerns and ensuring our long-term cooperation.
Hand pallet trucks are designed to move
heavy loads easily and efficiently. They are composed of several parts, each
with a specific function:
1. Forks: The forks are the flat, vertical prongs at the front of the pallet
truck that slide under the pallet to lift and move it.
2. Pump handle: The pump handle is used to raise and lower the forks by pumping
hydraulic fluid into or out of the cylinders.
3. Release lever: The release lever is used to lower the forks and release the
load. It allows the hydraulic fluid to flow out of the cylinders.
4. Wheels: The wheels are located at the front and back of the pallet truck,
and they are responsible for moving the unit. Standard hand pallet trucks have
two wheels at the front and two at the rear.
5. Bearings: Bearings are small, metal components inside the wheels and axles
that help reduce friction, allowing the pallet truck to move smoothly and
efficiently.
6. Hydraulic cylinders: Hydraulic cylinders are responsible for lifting and
lowering the forks. When the pump handle is moved, it pumps hydraulic fluid
into the cylinders, causing the forks to rise.
7. Load capacity and weight indicator: Some hand pallet trucks are equipped
with a load capacity and weight indicator that helps the operator determine the
weight of the load and prevent overloading.
All of these parts work together to make the hand pallet truck easy to use and
effective in moving heavy loads.
